Businesses and Organizations as Facebook "Friends"

Lately there has been a surge of new businesses and organizations on Facebook. This is great, as Facebook has become one of the most efficient ways of communicating with the public.

However, as part of this surge I have been noticing a lot of small businesses and other organizations setting up Facebook profiles instead of pages. …

Google Non-Profits to Churches: You Are Not Welcome Here

I was perusing some blogs earlier today when I came across a comment stating that Google was denying churches eligibility for use of their non-profit program for Apps. At first I thought the commenter might have been wrong-perhaps he read the terms of use wrong, or that perhaps churches would be included under another similar program.

…

Random Thoughts to Start the Week

I stole this idea from Adam Kellogg, because if Adam did it, it must be hip!

A few random thoughts, because I'm too ADD to post a full blog these days.

1. Little House on the Prairie is the best show on TV EVER.

2. Dairy Queen commercials featuring chest hair do not make me more inclined to stop for a Blizzard treat.

…

Like ZOMG! Angry Birds Have Arrived on Facebook!

They're heeeeeeeere! The long-awaited Angry Birds app has arrived on Facebook. One bug that's already being discussed: Pop-up at the end of each round wanting user to register high-score for a balloon game.
